Control Panels

Our main business is control panels, system design, manufacture and installation.

The control panels are usually one-off bespoke systems designed to customers requirements and specifications. Applications cover a wide range of industries.

Control panels can include simple relay logic, PLC's (Programmable Logic Controllers), data acquisition, MMI/HMI and touchscreen technology.

The control panels we design and manufacture generally cover control, monitoring, instrumentation and factory automation.

ICA Solutions provide a high level of service and after sales technical support that only a small firm can. We design effective but not over complicated systems that are built with quality components that are engineered to last.

All our work is quality assured to BS EN ISO9001.

The following are some examples of previous control panels and systems.

Factory Wide Environmental Monitoring System.

This system processes temperature, humidity & dew point values from sensors in numerous production areas for monitoring and control of various processes. All data is logged for archive use. The panel has battery powered control circuits and incorporates hot changeover of batteries & chargers. The system is connected to sensors, displays, alarm sounders and remote access points. The whole installation used around 20 km of cable.

DAQ Module Test Unit

This unit was developed to test & calibrate data acquisition modules.
The unit worked with a PC and a separate current source for injecting signals.

This unit was built to a customers design & specification.

RO Water System Controller

This was a simple control panel to control a reverse osmosis water filter with various pumps and valves.

Air Suspension Testing Equipment

These panels were for testing vehicle air suspension systems both before and after being fitted to the vehicle. The whole job was done"in-house" -
electrics, pneumatics and routeing/engraving of the box front.
